This programme is a guided process designed to create real, lasting change in your body.
Because of the depth of support, immediate access to materials, and live coaching included, refunds are not offeredĀ after enrolment.
Please join only if you feel ready to commit to engaging fully with the practices and the process.
However, I stand behind this work.
If you fully engage with the process and do not experience a reduction in your symptoms, I will continue working with you beyond the programme until you do.
This means:
- Ongoing one to one guidance
- Support refining your personal regulation plan
- Adjustments to ensure your body responds
You are not left to figure this out alone.
